After an excellent 2008/09 season in the Surrey Elite Intermediate Football League Intermediate Division, in which we narrowly missed being the league champions, we have graduated this season to the Puma Engineering Hampshire Premier Football League (HPFL), Senior Division. The HPFL is at Level 7 in the FA's National League System (and level 11 in the overall English football league system) and we look forward to raising our game to meet this new challenge.

Season 2007/08: Hampshire Saturday Intermediate Cup Final, April 2008.

Liphook United FC played Nursling FC in the Hampshire Saturday Intermediate Cup final on 30 April 2008 at Andover New Street FC. Liphook delivered an excellent performance against a strong Nursling side who certainly showed that they wanted the cup as much as we did, but our strength, fitness, speed and skill were evident for all to see. The team beat Nursling 2-1 in normal time with second half goals from Dominic Cope (FA Man of the Match) and Adam Pierson.
